This ministry is committed to equip campus Christian student leaders with basic knowledge of leadership principles and develop their skills as they are serving their campus fellowship in leadership. Servant leadership is the desired character to be witnessed in campus student leaders. It is the aspiration of this ministry for campus student leaders to get equipped and trained well so that they exhibit competent leadership in churches and the society in the future.
Strategies
The following are some of the major strategies that the ministry is using to undertake the work of discipleship:
Equipping student leaders by giving trainings on leadership and relevant issues
Training on small group ministry among student fellowships
Encouraging mentorship
Modeling student leaders as they are serving in their campuses through our Campus Staff Workers.
